Seeking a Projects Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Contracts Manager and assist with project management tasks.
Design Build Search is working with a rapidly growing engineering company based in Ireland, established as one of the leading Structural Steel, Architectural Steel and Cladding & Roofing contractors.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and computer skills, with some knowledge of the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Contracts Manager
- Execute project management administrative and book-keeping tasks
- Assist in project procurement process
- Manage project WHS and QA documentation
Requirements:
- Proficient user of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Construction experience a must
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Full clean drivers license
