Property Accounts Administrator

Our client, a major corporation in the property & real estate sectors both here in Ireland & internationally, are now expanding their team in Limerick & have engaged exclusively with us in CPL to help them recruit for an experienced Property Accounts Specialist to join their city centre based team on a permanent basis.

This position would be an ideal opportunity for a suitably qualified & experienced accounts professional who is now looking to further develop their career within a growing, internationally focused corporation in the Limerick region.

The Job:

You will be a key part of the finance team, report directly to the Finance Director in Limerick, & will cover a broad range of duties primarily focused on accounts processing & financial administration for property entities in both Ireland & internationally.

More specifically this will include duties such as updating & monitoring the lease management system, allocating creditor/debtor payments, reconciling accounts, analysing budgets against cash flow & expected income, resolving queries & discrepancies, preparing accounts/financial reports for departmental managers & assisting the accounts team with preparing the monthly & quarterly management accounts.

Your Skills/Experience that we need:

  • 3rd level degree qualified ideally.
  • Accounting Technician or another relevant accounts qualification would be an advantage.
  • 4-5+ years' relevant experience in an accounts focused role within a corporate or multinational environment preferred.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills & ability to interact with colleagues across the business.
  • Strong IT & reporting skills including high level MS Excel knowledge.
  • Exposure to Bluebox property management software would be a significant advantage but is not essential.

The Offer:

This position is being offered as a permanent role with base salary depending on skills/experience but expected to range between 40-50k approx. In addition, there is significant scope for further career growth & development.

This role will be 5 days office based in Limerick city centre.
