About the Role
The successful candidate will assist with managing business park portfolios, including construction contracts, maintenance, and overseeing management agent activities.

- Support the administration of the estate management program, including roads, services, buildings, and landscaping.
- Assist with procurement processes across the portfolio, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulations.
- Manage externally appointed consultants and agents for efficient service delivery.
- Assist with tendering and managing construction upgrades.
- Work with utility providers, managing agreements and protecting company assets.
- Support the implementation of property solutions for clients.
- Integrate sustainability initiatives into the property portfolio.
Requirements
- A third-level qualification in property or engineering or related field is essential (Level 7 or higher).
- Ability to work under pressure with great attention to detail.
- Relevant experience in property management or engineering projects.
- Flexibility to travel nationally and work outside normal office hours.
Remuneration Package
- Entry annual salary of €29,439 per annum subject to yearly increments and will increase to €55,209 with length of service and experience.
