Job Description
Seeking a highly motivated individual to manage, deliver, and administer a large-scale site development, construction, and maintenance program.
Aligning property portfolio with strategic objectives and long-term goals of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the implementation of the organisation's strategic goals, including initiatives from the Sustainability Strategy within the Property Department.
Manage business parks, overseeing construction contracts and maintenance activities.
Support the management of a portfolio of properties.
Administer the Estate Management program, including the maintenance of roads, services, buildings, and landscaping.
Participate in procurement processes, ensuring compliance with best practices.
Collaborate with external consultants and agents to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Support the tendering process and manage construction upgrades as required.
Work with utility and service providers to manage rights of way, wayleaves, and licenses.
Engage with client companies to address property-related issues and provide effective solutions.
Secure approval for property solutions tailored to client need.
Contribute to sustainability initiatives across the property portfolio.
Support legal processes related to deeds, rectifications, and boundary matters.

Essential Requirements:
Proficiency in using AutoCAD or similar mapping software.
A third-level qualification (Level 7 or above) recognized on the National Qualification Framework, ideally in a property or engineering-related field.
Strong ability to work effectively under pressure.
Experience in property management, engineering projects, or construction contract administration.
Project management skills.
A full driving license.
Willingness to travel nationally and occasionally work outside standard office hours.
