- Ideation and develop and execute comprehensive insurance strategies for property portfolios.
- Promptly provides tactical solutions to address emerging risks and challenges.
- Collaborate with clients and/or colleagues to understand clients' evolving risk landscape.
- Drive innovation in insurance solutions to meet client needs.
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to team members through training programs.
- Control & maintenance of underwriting guidelines.
