We are delighted to offer the opportunity for a Property In house Desktop Loss Adjuster to join our Claims Customer Experience Team.
In this role, you will report to the Property Claims Executive and work with an enthusiastic team of Property Claims Advisors to ensure that our customer claims are dealt with to the highest standard.
As a Property In house Desktop Loss Adjuster, you will act as a point of technical referral for both Household and Commercial Property claims.
You will use your expertise and experience to provide guidance and support to the team, helping to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service in their time of need.

From the Desk you will Pro-actively manage and handle a desktop portfolio of personal and commercial property claims including ongoing customer engagement, cost delivery and meeting individual customer needs.
Work with our Motor & Liability Claims Teams in managing Third Party Losses.
Drive Technical excellence in claims validation through effectively identifying and scoping work in line with policy cover and market rates.
You will use your expertise and experience to provide training and upskilling of our existing property claims handlers from validation to settlement of property claims.
Be able to demonstrate a capability of handling a variety of complex claims, identify market trends & provide strategic innovative solutions to improve Avivas Customer offering.
An excellent knowledge of Insurance Principles and all regulation set out by the Central Bank of Ireland, with an ability to apply a practical approach to policy interpretation.
You will have the ability to carry out the role in a professional manner, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines whilst displaying strong interpersonal skills.
They will have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
