Key Responsibilities
- Manage a mixed portfolio of commercial and residential properties, including upkeep, maintenance, and legal matters.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including board members, owners, and contractors.
- Oversee on-site janitorial services and ensure compliance with industry and legislative standards.
- Manage budgets and implement spending controls, assisting with debt collection as needed.
- Liaise with subcontractors to ensure service level agreements are met and KPIs are delivered.
- Collaborate with the health and safety department to ensure all sites are compliant with legislation.
- Conduct regular site safety walks and attend monthly and quarterly stakeholder meetings.
Requirements
- Valid PSRA licence (class D) and industry-relevant qualifications.
- Previous experience as a Property Manager.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong team player with a willingness to learn and adapt.
