Job Description
Experienced Solicitor sought for a Highly Regarded Law Firm in Dublin City Centre to work on Residential and Commercial Property cases, including Registry of Deeds and Land Registry, with an opportunity to progress rapidly to Partnership Level.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Residential and Commercial Property law, with experience in both Registry of Deeds and Land Registry, as well as some knowledge of Probate law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Residential Conveyancing: Acting for both purchasers and vendors, with experience in all areas of residential conveyancing.
- Housing Developments: Experience with housing developments, including apartments, and ability to work on complex cases.
- Probate: Knowledge of probate law and ability to work on probate cases.
- Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills and familiarity with case management systems.
- Teamwork and Initiative: Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality reports.
Salary: Up to €90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
