Job Summary:
A Solicitor is required with experience in Residential and Commercial Property, including Registry of Deeds and Land Registry, and ideally some Probate experience. The role suits a Solicitor with 3 years + PQE who wants to progress rapidly to Partnership Level.
Key Responsibilities:
Residential conveyancing experience acting for purchasers and vendors
Experience with housing developments, including apartments
Probate experience
Excellent computer skills and case management systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Client-focused with excellent attention to detail
Proficient in reporting on case status
Requirements:
3 years + PQE in Residential and Commercial Property and Probate
