Our Client, a Mid Sized Law Firm, requires a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team.
This established firm has a long-standing group of senior partners and a solid and stable client base.
Job Summary
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be responsible for advising on the purchase and financing of corporate/commercial property, drafting Commercial Leases and related documentation, and providing property advice to members of the finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on the purchase and financing of corporate/commercial property
- Drafting Commercial Leases and all other related documentation
- Providing property advice to members of the finance team
- Completing title investigations and reviewing certificates of title
Requirements
- 3-4 years PQE
- Commercial property experience is essential
- Knowledge of security transactions is desirable
- Outstanding project management and organisation skills
