Join a mid-sized law firm near St Stephen's Green as a Commercial Property Solicitor. Duties include advising on corporate property purchases, share agreements, and leases, as well as providing property advice and completing title investigations.
Responsibilities:
- Advising on corporate/commercial property purchases and financing.
- Share Purchase and Shareholders Agreements.
- Drafting Commercial Leases and related documentation.
- Providing property advice to the finance team.
- Completing title investigations and reviewing certificates of title.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience as a Property Solicitor.
- Commercial property experience is essential.
- Knowledge of security transactions is desirable.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
