Property Solicitor Dublin 2 Permanent Our Client, a Mid Sized Law Firm based near St Stephen's Green require a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team.
This established firm has a long standing group of senior partners and a solid and stable client base.Responsibilities:
Advising on the purchase and financing of corporate/commercial property.
Share Purchase /Shareholders Agreements.
Drafting Commercial Leases and all other related documentation.
Advising Clients at all stages of the process and keeping them up to date with movements.
Provide property advice to members of the finance team.
Completing title investigations.
Reviewing certificates of title.
Skills/Experience:3-4 years PQE.
Commercial property experience is essential.
Knowledge of security transactions is desirable.
Outstanding project management and organisation skills.
