Key Responsibilities:
* Commercial Property: Manage commercial property transactions, provide expert advice, draft contracts, conduct due diligence, and liaise with stakeholders for smooth transaction completion.
* Residential Property: Handle residential transactions from instruction to completion, advise on property law, prepare contracts, conduct title investigations, and maintain client relationships.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years PQE in conveyancing (commercial and residential).
* Proven experience managing commercial and residential property transactions, strong knowledge of property law, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, and strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
