Seeking a qualified Real Estate Solicitor with 1-6 years PQE in Conveyancing or Real Estate Law in Ireland to advise clients on real estate matters related to the energy sector.
Hunter Savage is partnering with a reputable medium-large sized law firm in Dublin City Centre to find a talented Real Estate Solicitor with a focus on Energy.
Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on real estate matters related to the energy sector
- Manage a diverse caseload involving conveyancing and real estate transactions
- Conduct due diligence and draft legal documents
- Negotiate and structure property deals
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients on energy-related projects
- Liaise with clients, developers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with 1-6 years PQE in Conveyancing or Real Estate Law in Ireland
- Proven experience in managing real estate transactions
- Interest or experience in the energy sector is a plus
- Experience with Agricultural Land a big plus
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and client management skills
