Job Description

Our Louth Domestic Property team is looking for a NQ Solicitor or someone who has had previous fee-earning experience within a busy Domestic Property team to join them as a Property Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to join and progress your career with an experienced and supportive team and enjoy a variety of work. This role can be either part-time or full-time and is based in our Louth office. Your main duties will include: Assisting and supporting fee earners with their caseload. Maintaining existing relations with the firm’s clients. Dealing with routine and difficult enquiries from telephone callers and clients effectively and efficiently, ensuring that all client complaints are dealt with both professionally and promptly to the complete satisfaction of the client. Participating in the growth and future development of the department, assisting in the build-up of the client database and marketing the firm’s services through business development and networking activities within and outside of normal office hours. Skills required: Excellent teamworking skills and technical ability. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities with a positive and proactive approach to tasks. Private client experience in Domestic Property. Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to nurture existing clients and third-party relationships, as well as the ability to help develop new business and assist in networking events. Ability to adopt a practical as well as legal approach to client issues. Excellent IT skills. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Work from home. Schedule: Monday to Friday.
