Job Description
To exceed customer expectations, the Property Team Administrator will provide next-level customer service, support customer and account managers, and process customer queries efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming emails and customer queries
- Handling calls from commercial customers and resolving queries
- Processing orders with high accuracy
- Liaising with operational teams to ensure job completion and special requests
- Logging complaints and resolving them in a timely manner
- Providing reports for account managers and customers
- Providing industry knowledge and customer information on waste/recycling
- Managing POs and working with admin/credit control to resolve invoice queries
- Amending schedules as required by customers
- Working in a flexible, multi-skilled environment
