Job Description

To exceed customer expectations, the Property Team Administrator will provide next-level customer service, support customer and account managers, and process customer queries efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:


  • Answering incoming emails and customer queries

  • Handling calls from commercial customers and resolving queries

  • Processing orders with high accuracy

  • Liaising with operational teams to ensure job completion and special requests

  • Logging complaints and resolving them in a timely manner

  • Providing reports for account managers and customers

  • Providing industry knowledge and customer information on waste/recycling

  • Managing POs and working with admin/credit control to resolve invoice queries

  • Amending schedules as required by customers

  • Working in a flexible, multi-skilled environment
