Job Description

Job Purpose: To undertake the property team administrative process within The Panda Group ensuring that we exceed the customer expectations. Providing the next level of customer service. Role Context: The Property Team Administrator will work as a vital part of the Customer Service and sales team to act as a support to the customer and account managers as they transact their business with The Panda Group.. Principal accountabilities include: Answer all incoming emails and process all customer related queries in an efficient manner Dealing with incoming calls from property commercial customers and take responsibility of the query Taking orders for property account customers while ensuring a very high level of accuracy always. Liaise with operational teams for all sites to ensure all jobs are carried out and any special or emergency requests are adhered to. Log complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner. Liaise with account managers and customers to provide the best service and price possible while ensuring company margins are met. Provide reports monthly for both account managers and property customers where required. To have a good knowledge about our industry and its products while providing customers with waste/ recycling information as requested. Ensure all POs are up to date and work closely with admin/credit control to resolve any invoice queries. Amend schedules as required by customers site wide, especially during busy /seasonal periods To be prepared to work in a flexible multi skilled environment Work as part of a team with a positive attitude Skills Required Professional & Friendly telephone /email manner Knowledge retention Attention to detail Customer Focused Good organisational skills Good computer skills Ability to work in team environment Effective Communication skills Proven ability to perform and remain calm under pressure Flexibility the ability to respond to different tasks in other areas of the working environment Note: You must be 18 years or over
