Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Property Team Administrator to join our team. This role plays a vital part in providing exceptional customer service, supporting our Customer Service and Sales teams, and ensuring seamless transactions with our customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to all incoming emails and customer queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Handle incoming calls from commercial customers, resolving queries and taking orders with high accuracy.
- Liaise with operational teams to ensure job completion and special requests are met.
- Log and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with account managers and customers to provide optimal service and pricing while meeting company margins.
- Prepare monthly reports for account managers and customers as needed.
- Provide customers with industry information and product details.
- Ensure POs are up-to-date and work with admin/credit control to resolve invoice queries.
