Property Claims Technical Expert
Zurich Insurance Europe AG, Ireland Branch seeks an experienced Property Claims Technical Expert to join our GI Claims team.
This role combines technical property claims handling with supporting the wider Property Claims team with technical development and upskilling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of technical property claims to ensure the appropriate claims strategy is deployed.
- Act as a technical referral point to ensure provision of excellent claims service across the Property claims portfolio.
- Assist with enhancing technical expertise across the Property claims team.
- Complete regular reviews of portfolios and KPI's to identify improvement actions.
Requirements:
- 5 years plus industry experience.
- Loss Adjusting or complex claim handling experience.
- Holds or is working towards relevant professional qualifications.
- Excellent technical Property Claims insurance knowledge.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- High level of interpersonal and communication (verbal/written) skills.
