Enable Ireland is seeking a highly-motivated Psychology Assistant to join its team in Meath. The successful candidate will assist psychologists in providing services to children with disabilities.
Job Summary: We are looking for a Psychology Assistant to work with our team in Meath, providing services to children with disabilities.
About the Role:
- Assist psychologists in providing services to children with disabilities
- Work with a patient population clinically and/or for research purposes
- Collaborate with Health Care Professionals and families
- Deliver services across a large geographical area
Requirements:
- A Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) accredited qualification at not less than a Level 8 at 2.1 honours grade
- Experience working within a health care or academic environment
- Valid driving licence for within the state / jurisdiction
- Eligible to work in the State
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience undertaking psychological tests, under supervision
- Relevant post graduate training specific to child disability services
- Awareness and understanding of the features of Autism Spectrum Disorder
