An experienced communications professional to lead the Communications, Outreach and Development team and develop a Public Engagement strategy. The company will be an island-wide platform for dance, collaboration and development, seeking to strengthen the existing dance ecosystem, develop the artform, and create pathways for artists to produce work of scale and ambition. Responsibilities include engaging the public with the company's work, enriching the experience of those who interact with the company, and building a team to carry out the Communication, Outreach and Development functions.
