Job Description

My client is seeking a detail oriented and proactive Purchasing Administrator to join their team based in North Dublin as their company expands.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks, will have experience in purchasing and a deep understanding of the business' operations and stock.


Salary range:
€35-40K DOE


Location:
On site


Duties include:

  • Oversee daily admin operations with a focus on purchasing, vendor/client relationships and stock control.
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of office activities and supporting the team in day-to-day functions.
  • Serve as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain and update company documents and records.
  • Generating and coordinating purchase orders
  • Liaising and building relationships with suppliers
  • Managing and reporting stock levels

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in admin or similar position
  • Proficient in Microsoft package
  • Experience in Exchequer beneficial but not required
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to use own initiative
  • Understanding of purchasing and supplier management will be of benefit
