Job Description

Manage purchasing operations, secure competitive pricing, and negotiate terms with suppliers while maintaining optimal inventory levels and ensuring food and beverage gross profit margins align with budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Secure competitive pricing and negotiate terms with suppliers
  • Maintain an efficient inventory control system to minimize waste
  • Monitor food and beverage gross profit margins and ensure alignment with budget
  • Effectively manage purchasing operations across all departments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong negotiation skills
