Responsibilities:

- Maintain an efficient inventory control system to minimize waste
- Monitor food and beverage gross profit margins and ensure alignment with budget
- Effectively manage purchasing operations across all departments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong negotiation skills
