QA Administrator
Aviva is seeking a QA Administrator to join our team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing test plans, identifying and documenting errors/risk events found, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute test plans and test cases to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues found during testing.
- Collaborate with development, regulatory, and quality assurance teams to resolve defects and ensure compliance.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of test results and compliance reports.
- Participate in regulatory audits and inspections as needed.
- Review results, understand the root cause of the issues found and feedback to the team.
- Provide findings and trends back to the teams and work alongside them to agree corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Experience in Insurance/Financial services is preferable.
- BAU testing experience.
- Ability to build relationships with peers/managers.
- Energy, drive and a can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence peers.
