QA Administrator

Aviva is seeking a QA Administrator to join our team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing test plans, identifying and documenting errors/risk events found, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute test plans and test cases to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Identify, document, and track defects and issues found during testing.
  • Collaborate with development, regulatory, and quality assurance teams to resolve defects and ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of test results and compliance reports.
  • Participate in regulatory audits and inspections as needed.
  • Review results, understand the root cause of the issues found and feedback to the team.
  • Provide findings and trends back to the teams and work alongside them to agree corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Insurance/Financial services is preferable.
  • BAU testing experience.
  • Ability to build relationships with peers/managers.
  • Energy, drive and a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence peers.
