Key Responsibilities: Test Framework Architecture and Development: Lead the design and implementation of QA test frameworks for integration, regression, and stress tests, with a strong focus on automation. Collaborate with QA and development teams to define comprehensive strategies for test frameworks. Own and manage the technical roadmap for QA test frameworks, ensuring alignment with business goals and product needs. Develop test frameworks for private and public Cloud Infrastructure, ensuring performance and scalability. Performance Optimization and Quality Assurance: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, building automation tools to validate scalability across cloud services. Provide quality assurance for test frameworks, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous improvement. Stay updated with the latest testing tools, methodologies, and industry trends, ensuring the test frameworks remain cutting-edge. Collaboration and Mentorship: Work closely with stakeholders, managing the schedule, resources, requirements, and defect resolution for test framework activities.
