QA Automation Engineer (Contract) We have partnered with a large software company based in Leitrim, to assist them in their recruitment for an experienced QA Automation Engineer for a 12 month daily rate contract. In this role, the new QA Automation Engineer will carry out testing on their new product as well as supporting a team of experienced testers. This role offers a daily rate of €475 per day as well as hybrid working (1 day per week required on site) and the opportunity to work on an exciting new project. Responsibilities: Lead an experienced team to review and implement new testing methodologies throughout the project Train, monitor and review the performance of the team to ensure they meet the project objectives Prepare, deliver and record test cases based on the functional and non-functional requirements Track , manage and record any issues that arise during the testing lifecycle and deliver to management team Requirements: Minimum of 5 years Automation testing experience Senior tester experience would be desirable Functional and nonfunctional testing experience Excellent programming skills in t least two languages e.g java script and python Knowledge of web technologies e.g. HTML, CSS etc Strong API testing skills Framework development and maintenance I specialize in recruiting for Software Testing, if you wish to discuss this or other Software Testing opportunities, please feel free to contact Rachel for a confidential chat.
