Role: QA Engineer Duration: 6 months with view to extend Location: Dublin city centre Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week Daily Rate: €400 DOE We're looking for a dedicated individual to join a high functioning team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of a large-scale, cross-functional software. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement and maintain robust automation frameworks for UI, back-end integration, and database testing. Develop comprehensive test scripts based on business requirements and functional specifications. Execute automated functional, integration, regression, and performance tests. Analyse test results, document defects, and collaborate with developers for timely resolution. Stay updated on automation technologies and best practices to evolve our testing methodologies. Integrate test automation into our CI/CD pipeline for efficient and effective software delivery. Qualifications: Strong experience in software testing and automation, with a focus on UI, back-end, and database testing. Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, JavaScript, or Groovy. Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, Ready API, and others. Experience with various testing methodologies (keyword-driven, Data-driven, TDD, BDD). Knowledge of test data management and implementation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
