Job Description
Highly skilled QA Automation Engineer sought for daily rate contract role with minimum 6 months commitment, requiring on-site presence one day per week.
As a QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for creating test cases, developing a testing strategy, identifying key issues, and ensuring quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Create test cases to identify areas for improvement in line with the test plan.
- Develop a testing strategy that covers all stages of the developmental lifecycle.
- Identify key issues and ensure correct action is taken by engineers.
- Work to agreed quality standards and industry best practices with a strong drive towards CI/CD, Dev Ops, and automation.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of software testing experience in Automation Testing specifically.
- Experience in testing Microservices in Cloud.
- Strong understanding of APIs.
- Proven experience in developing verification test methods and recording test results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
