Qa Integration Engineer Job In Dublin

Job Description

Our client, one of the biggset names in tech, is looking for a QA Integration Engineer with 3+ years of experience in process management and QA.

This is a 6 month contract with hybrid working


Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery:
• Complete technical project components with minimal assistance, integrating them into larger projects.
• Proactively improve customerfacing tools for faster inquiry resolution and selfservice.
• Technical Development:
• Create libraries and testing to enhance tool efficiency, performance, and reliability.
• Investigate bugs requiring broad architectural knowledge and track system issues until resolved.
• Data & Analysis:
• Synthesize data to inform product design, running queries and managing datasets.
• Plan and execute project work, selecting the best methods to achieve objectives.
• Customer Engagement:
• Serve as the primary contact for customerfacing activities related to specific products or issues.
• Troubleshoot complex customer issues, escalating when necessary, and maintaining strong relationships.
• Collaboration & Influence:
• Communicate across technical teams, onboard new members, and ensure highquality code.
• Build networks with stakeholders and contribute to crossteam collaboration.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify and recommend software solutions for mediumcomplexity problems.
• Identify opportunities for support improvements and lead crossfunctional projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in process management and QA.
• Experience in the gaming industry and particularly web/HTML5 games are a bonus.
• Understanding of SDK and API integration, functionalities and configuration.
• Outstanding communication skills with an emphasis on being able to produce clear written communication.
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of QA tools and methodologies
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
