Job Description
Global healthcare leader seeks QA Projects Manager to lead end-to-end implementation of QA program/project strategy in Cavan on an initial 18-month contract.
As QA Projects Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and delivery of QA program/project strategy, ensuring quality requirements are met and within established QA processes.
Responsibilities:
- Creates and executes project plans, revising them as necessary to meet changing requirements.
- Provides comprehensive quality risk assessments, elevating quality risks identified with appropriate recommendations and mitigation plans to key stakeholders.
- Participates in design & project reviews, providing recommendations to Engineering/Production/Product Development teams to ensure Quality requirements are met.
- Prioritizes deliverables, manages project scope, and end-to-end QA delivery across teams/sites.
- Reports status of projects to QA Leadership team on a periodic basis using project-related metrics and tracks projects to resources, time to market, and budget constraints.
- Manages junior personnel in quality system requirements and project management.
Ideal Background:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Microbiological and/or Food Safety background beneficial.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in a technical role (Quality Assurance, New Product Development, Production, Supply Chain) in similar or related industries.
- Excellent understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices, regulatory compliance, and quality management systems.
- Solid knowledge of food safety programs (e.g. HACCP).
- Audit Experience (Internal and External).
