Job Description

Implement and maintain the CJK Engineering ISO9001:2015 system, prepare project specific Project Quality Plans, create Inspection & Test Plan documents, develop Quality Control Test Packs, conduct QA audits, and document findings.

  • Conduct QA audits
  • Document findings and follow up actions in detailed audit reports
  • Promote LEAN construction processes and tools
  • Provide continuous QMS Training and Support
  • Investigate QA issues and non-conformances
  • Review project specifications
  • Complete Quality / Technical Alert documentation and specialist Reports

Requires a 3rd level qualification in Electrical Engineering or a Strong Trades background, with knowledge of regulatory standards and current statutory EHS legislation.

  • 3rd level qualification in Electrical Engineering or Strong Trades background
  • City & Guilds Electrical Inspection & Testing
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards e.g. IS, EN, IS
  • Knowledge of current statutory EHS legislation e.g. Electricity Safety Act (CRU), SHWA Regulations 2007 Part 3 Electricity (ROI)
  • Previous Handover/Factory Acceptance Testing & Equipment Walkdown Experience
  • Technical knowledge and experience of Low Voltage Switchgear (LV), systems and associated equipment

Must be able to carry out QA Audits, understand and interpret Project Specifications, Drawings, SLDs, Cable Solutions and Data Sheets, and commission Low Voltage (LV) systems.

CompEx Ex01-04 ATEX certification achieved in the past 5 years and experience in the completion of GDP documentation for handover are desired.
