Job Description

Join our team as a detail-oriented and motivated QA Technician to ensure quality assurance standards are met throughout our projects. Conduct inspections, verify compliance, document results, and maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist engineering and operational teams in meeting quality system requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and document quality control activities throughout all phases of company projects.
  • Develop and draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Controlled Documents.
  • Create quality plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and related documentation systems.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure their quality standards and procedures are submitted, approved, and implemented according to agreed timelines on site.
  • Identify non-conformances and quality issues, report them to management, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all quality inspections, testing, and audits conducted on-site.
  • Ensure all documentation, including certification, as-built drawings, and handover certificates, is complete and verified before the final project handover.
  • Participate in project meetings to provide updates on quality issues, inspection results, and any corrective measures taken.
  • Perform continuous quality inspections of ongoing work in line with the Inspection Test Plan (ITP)
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times during quality inspections.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of quality processes and protocols.

Requirements include:

  • 3rd Level qualification or equivalent in a science or engineering related discipline (preferred).
  • Qualification or experience in safety and environmental required.
  • Working Knowledge of quality management systems, ISO standards and the ISO certification process.
  • Solid understanding of construction standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: €40000.00-€45000.00 per year. Benefits include company pension and on-site parking.
