SDET / QA Automation Tester (Salesforce) Our well-established Dublin based client is seeking a skilled Automation Tester / SDET who will be working on a large Salesforce CRM project for the next 12 months plus. This is a hybrid work model 2 days on site and 3 days from home in IFSC, Dublin 1. See below the spec and details required: SDET FIT: Communication skills As part of this role, its key the person has good communication skills as they will be working as part of an agile team where this is a key part of the role. So please ensure candidates have clear and concise communications skills as this is key Java Expertise Strong Java skills and is using it actively in their day-day Understands all the Fundamental and Core Concepts of Java Automation Expertise Proven experience adding automation coverage via JAVA based Automation Frameworks Can talk at detail to the automation framework architectures they have worked and demonstrate an understanding of how the frameworks are constructed Has a good handle on automation best practices Key technical Expertise Experience with Maven Experience with GIT Enterprise level Experience with Selenium (UI Auto) and Rest Assured (API Automation) Enterprise level Experience with Cucumber/Serenity Level of Test Expertise Can demonstrate a good level of test expertise Understands the key criteria for when to automate versus manually testing etc. Experience devising test approaches to functionally validate new features and leverage automation appropriately Can demonstrate the positive impact their automation has had on the overall test effort Familiar with latest industry test automation tooling and best practices and demonstratable examples of how they have embraced these in recent roles Nice to have experience Docker/Kubernetes Experience in financial services sector Industry nice to have (This would be good to have - not a deal breaker though if strong on the other areas) Educational Requirements: 3rd level degree in a relevant subject from a recognised institution.
