Job Description

We are looking for a QA Validation Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in validation and quality roles, strong knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

• Manage validation, exception event, and change control processes.
• Generate, review, and approve validation and qualification documents.
• Participate in continuous improvement programs to implement improvements in manufacturing, quality, safety, and training systems.
• Communicate with peers and management regarding activities and events.
• Generate validation protocols and final reports to cGMP standards.
• Coordinate validation and qualification of equipment, utilities, processes, and software.
• Perform cross training and training of new team members.
• Document activities in line with cGMP requirements.
