Job Description
QA Validation Engineer
Partner with leading life science & technology companies to deliver strategic projects.
- Manage validation, exception event, and change control processes.
- Develop and review validation and qualification documents.
- Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing, quality, safety, and training systems.
- Communicate with peers and management regarding activities and elevate events or concerns.
- Support validation investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Generate validation protocols and reports to cGMP standards.
- Coordinate the validation and qualification of equipment, utilities, processes, and software.
- Perform cross-training and train new team members.
- Document activities in line with cGMP requirements.
Requirements:
- Science or Engineering degree or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- 3-5 years of validation or quality experience with strong knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
