QA/QC Assistant Dublin/ Candidate can be based anywhere in UK Construction Industry £35,000 basic salary +Tax free allowance - £6,000 per annum +Flights covered (as per company expenses policy) + Accommodation when working away +Transport when working away Shirley Parsons is excited to partner with a leading Construction and Fit-Out organisation seeking to appoint a QA/QC Assistant. This position marks the company’s first dedicated Quality role, offering significant growth and development opportunities. The ideal candidate will be based in Dublin or the UK and must be open to flexible travel to Dublin as needed. As the QA/QC Assistant you will oversee quality and compliance for assigned projects across the UK and Europe. You will serve as the primary contact for managing quality standards, both internally and in collaboration with project clients. QA/QC Assistant Responsibilities: Creation and implementation of quality procedures. Managing relationships with the main contractors and subcontractors on site, acting as an ambassador for the business in all interactions by promoting a professional image. Administer training/development via internal and external sources for site teams. Adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements as per 3rd party accreditations. The creation and implementation of project quality plans. Liaising with suppliers, Clients and external governing bodies over technical details. Assistance in the production of technical submittals in line with project specifications and compliance. Creation of ITPs / ITRs, monitoring ongoing works. Undertaking benchmarks on site as per the project QA/QC procedures. QA/QC Assistant experience: Minimum 1-2 years experience in Quality related role Construction or Fit out industry experience in a Quality related role Understand Quality process & procedures Driving License
