What you need to know Matrix Recruitmentis seeking to recruita QA/QC Leadfor our client, based inCounty Cork. This is a permanent role offering excellent benefits. Your new job Key duties & responsibilities: Manage the implementation of the (QMS) on-site for both direct and subcontracted workforces. Develop and coordinate project-specific quality plans and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs). Lead & manage a consistent Construction Quality Audit program. Ensure quality benchmarking & approved standards of workmanship before starting each work package. Train project personnel on QA/QC plans and ensure high-quality delivery. Liaise with the client to maintain strong relationships regarding construction QA/QC. Attend project meetings to ensure timely submission and implementation of QA/QC documentation. Act as the custodian of construction quality on-site and lead continuous improvement programs. Provide leadership to project teams, ensuring all personnel are trained to deliver a zero-defect project. What are we looking for? Degree/Diploma, -construction, engineering, or quality management 5 yrs + experience in Construction Quality Management on large, high-quality projects. Experience with QA/QC within pharmaceutical is a must. Additional qualifications or certifications in QA/QC or construction quality management. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional project teams.
