QC Analyst The QC Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of products through advanced analytical testing techniques, including HPLC, KF Titration, and GC. This role involves performing detailed analyses, interpreting results, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform and validate tests using HPLC, KF Titration, and GC to analyze product samples and raw materials. Prepare and calibrate analytical instruments, and ensure proper maintenance and troubleshooting. Analyze test results, interpret data, and ensure accuracy and precision in reporting. Maintain detailed records of testing procedures, results, and deviations in accordance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Prepare and present comprehensive reports on analytical findings and quality issues to management. Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and company standards. Ensure testing activities comply with industry regulations, standards, and internal quality guidelines. Assist in preparing for and participating in internal and external audits and inspections. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field. Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on experience with HPLC, KF Titration, and GC in a quality control or analytical lab setting.
