Job Summary: QC Analyst sought to ensure product quality and integrity through advanced analytical testing techniques.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in chemistry, analytical skills, and experience with HPLC, KF Titration, and GC instrumentation.
- Perform and validate tests using HPLC, KF Titration, and GC to analyze product samples and raw materials.
- Prepare and calibrate analytical instruments, and ensure proper maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Analyze test results, interpret data, and ensure accuracy and precision in reporting.
- Maintain detailed records of testing procedures, results, and deviations in accordance with SOPs.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on analytical findings and quality issues to management.
- Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and company standards.
- Ensure testing activities comply with industry regulations, standards, and internal quality guidelines.
- Assist in preparing for and participating in internal and external audits and inspections.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience with HPLC, KF Titration, and GC in a quality control or analytical lab setting.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining HPLC, KF, and GC instrumentation.
