Join a life sciences/pharma operation with amazing facilities and career opportunities as a Quality Control Analyst in a newly formed division. Prior NPI experience or chemical R&D background is ideal.
The Quality Control Analyst will operate the Analytical Laboratory, performing analytical testing, communicating results, and supporting colleagues in a GMP environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Analytical testing and result communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting cross-training and development of colleagues
- Providing proactive support to manufacturing
- Supporting laboratory quality systems
- Method development and validation studies
- Equipment calibration and maintenance
- Laboratory data accuracy and retention
- Investigations of non-conforming product and customer complaints
- Water quality monitoring and testing
- Maintaining high Environmental Health and Safety standards
- Supporting company and department goals
- Communicating with third-party testing laboratories
The ideal candidate will have:
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Strong people skills and positive attitude
- Ability to work with multiple departments
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Requirements include:
- BSc in Chemistry or related discipline
- Minimum three years in a GMP environment
