Our client is an established Engineering Company based in North Dublin. They are currently seeking to fill the vacancy of QC Inspector to work within their Quality Team. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES * Carry out visual and measurement checks to finished units. * Ensure Reports are raised in a timely manner. * Liaise with members of the Quality team and production personnel to reduce and eliminate non-conformances. * Ensure materials are inspected visually and dimensionally to conform with agreed tolerances. * Encourage a more efficient working ethos. * Take ownership for the accurate creation and storage of QC records and drawings * Assist and work in conjunction with the EHS Team to monitor PPE use * Ensure that protective clothing and equipment are issued and used as appropriate IDEAL CANDIDATE * 3rd Level qualification in Engineering/Construction desirable . * Qualification in Lean Manufacturing (Yellow or Green Belt) desirable. * 2+ years’ experience operating in a similar role
