Job Description
Join our QC Site Operations team as a QC Material Management Specialist. Key responsibilities include liaising with manufacturing, engineering, and warehouse teams, managing samples, and maintaining GMP compliance. The ideal candidate has a degree in Chemistry/Biology and strong communication skills.
Liaise with manufacturing to ensure timely sample delivery.
Liaise with Engineering Stores to ensure timely sample delivery.
Liaise with Warehouse Cryogenics Logistics to ensure timely sample delivery.
Manage TempTales and shipping documents.
Log in samples, label, and release for testing.
Store backups and reserve samples.
Perform monthly reconciliation and report deviations.
Aliquot samples for QC activities.
Prepare buffers for QC Laboratories.
Maintain SOPs and other documents.
Ensure GMP compliance and training.
Stay up-to-date with industry requirements and compliance trends.
Perform other activities as indicated by the Lab Supervisor.
