QC Senior Chemist Role
SK pharmteco, a global Contract Development and Manufacturing organisation (CDMO), seeks a highly motivated QC Senior Chemist to join their team in Ireland.
As a key member of the Quality Team, the successful candidate will provide technical support for instrumentation and analytical methodology, execute troubleshooting, and lead laboratory/site investigations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytical chemistry, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and experience in Operational Excellence, 5s, and Lean Labs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support for instrumentation and analytical methodology
- Executing troubleshooting and coaching/training for instrumentation and analytical methodology
- Planning and approving materials to meet shipping and production timelines, stability timelines, and Quality Control metrics
- Coordinating and leading laboratory/site investigations
- Identifying and investigating out-of-trend/adverse results present in analytical results
Requirements:
- BSc in Analytical Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years experience in analytical chemistry
- Strong teamwork skills and flexibility to react to changing business needs
