Job Summary: We are seeking a QC Shared Services Senior Manager - QC Projects to lead our Quality Control Shared Services team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the QC Projects team to support manufacture, testing, and release of Drug Substance and Sterile Drug Product.
- Develop a technical training structure and program for ongoing learning and development across the QC organization.
- Ensure audit readiness and compliance with company policies, directives, and evolving Health Authority regulations.
- Build and foster strong relationships within the biologics quality and global quality network to drive compliance and strengthen quality systems.
- Coach, develop, and lead staff to deliver benchmark performance.
- Prioritize safety and lead by example in exemplifying safety behaviors.
- Support QC planning and scheduling activities.
- Manage a team of professionals through changing business needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science or Science-related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years' experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Deep understanding of GMP/GDP principles.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Knowledge of US and EMA GMP regulations and guidance.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and motivation skills.
- Experience with interacting with regulatory agencies.
