Seeking a Senior Manager to lead Quality Control projects and teams in a 12-month contract with a leading bio-pharmaceutical company in North Dublin.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Learning and Development program, QC Trending, and executing QC Continuous Improvement Projects. They will lead the QC Shared Projects team to support manufacture, testing, and release of Drug Substance and Sterile Drug Product.
- Develop and implement a technical training structure to facilitate ongoing learning and development across the QC organization.
- Ensure audit readiness, both internal and external, and compliance with company policies and directives.
- Build and foster strong relationships within the biologics quality and global quality network to drive compliance and strengthen quality systems.
- Coach, develop, and complete performance appraisal reviews for staff.
- Support QC planning and scheduling activities as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor/Masters in Science or Science related discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Deep understanding and experience of GMP/GDP principles.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Experience with interacting with regulatory agencies.
- Knowledge of US and EMA GMP regulations and guidance.
