About the Role: QC Supervisor We are seeking a dedicated QC Supervisor to join a highly successful food company which is easily commutable from Kildare, Carlow, Laois or Wexford. This position is integral to maintaining the highest level of quality ensuring that every product leaving our clients facility is of the highest standard. Key Responsibilities: Active QC Participation:Engage proactively with the team to ensure all products meet Food Safety, Quality, and Legislative requirements. Corrective Actions & Continuous Improvement:Implement corrective action programs to address any non-conformances identified in the factory, identifying root causes and establishing preventive measures. Compliance & Documentation:Ensure all production and quality documentation is completed accurately and complies with all relevant food safety standards and legislation. Sanitation:Oversee the validation and verification of factory processes, including cleaning validations, ensuring the highest levels of product safety. Internal Audits:Conduct various internal audits, pre-production, GMP, and hygiene audits, ensuring continuous compliance with our quality management system. Who Were Looking For: Were searching for candidates who bring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality role within a food production or manufacturing environment.
