Job Description
Practice Accountant sought by a progressive firm of Chartered Accountants and Registered Auditors in South Dublin to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive, self-driven individual with exceptional organizational and technical skills, and a minimum of 2+ years of practice experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing monthly/quarterly management accounts and year-end statutory accounts
- Managing internal administrative tasks, including timesheets and invoicing
- Assisting clients in establishing financial control systems and ensuring compliance with company secretarial requirements
- Providing guidance to clients in adopting best practices through technology to enhance efficiency and facilitate growth
- Contributing to the firm's accounting technology strategy and overseeing the implementation of new accounting solutions
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA/CPA Qualified Accountant
- Minimum 2+ years of practice experience
- Ideally 1 year PQE experience
- Familiarity with accounting software packages such as Relate, Micro Pay, Surf, Receipt Bank, Quick Books, Sage, Xero, or similar
