Job Title: Qualified Accounting Technician Salary: €38-40K Location: North County Dublin Position Type: Full-time (37.5 hours) but flexible Job Description: Our client, a consultancy organisation based in Donabate, North Dublin is seeking a highly skilled and detail-orientedQualified Accounting Technicianto join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This is an in-office role; however, flexible working hours can be accommodated if required. Duties/Responsibilities: Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to management Manage accounts payable and receivable functions Prepare and process financial transactions, including invoicing Reconcile financial discrepancies and resolve accounting-related issues Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial information and support Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts Contribute to improving accounting processes and procedures Requirements: Qualified Accounting Technician (ATI, IATI, or equivalent) Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage) and MS Office Suite Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team For further information, please contact: Fiona Ralph at GHL Recruitment Skills: Sage IATI ATI excellent communication Benefits: attractive benefits Paid Holidays career progression
