Job Description
We are seeking a field-based Full Time Field Plumber/Water Hygiene Engineer/Water Hygiene Technician to provide plumbing services nationwide.
VSS Ireland Ltd. is a leading building compliance company providing surveying, maintenance, and installation services across various divisions.
Responsibilities:
- Repair, install, and maintain commercial, industrial, and residential plumbing systems.
- Perform scheduled Preventative Maintenance Service visits on hot and cold-water systems.
- Carry out risk assessments of building water systems for the control of Legionellosis.
- Recognise unusual, inefficient, or dangerous operating conditions.
- Provide tank cleaning, water sampling, and water treatment services.
- Carry out remedial works and routine control measures.
Requirements:
- Physical fitness to work from ladders and in confined spaces.
- Good knowledge/experience on Legionella Control and understanding of HSG 274.
- Excellent customer communication skills.
- Ability to manage own workload and follow direction.
- Positive, professional attitude and adherence to company policy and procedures.
- Computer experience for recording work completed on Service System via CRM.
- Full clean driving license and Safe Pass are advantageous.

Requirements:
- Plumber qualification.
- 1 year of experience in water hygiene is required.
