We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualified Accountant to join our clients team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the production of year-end annual financial statements and corporation tax returns for client companies. Additionally, experience in VAT returns and income tax returns will be advantageous. This role offers excellent career progression prospects for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Produce accurate and compliant year-end financial statements for client companies. Prepare and submit corporation tax returns in line with regulatory requirements. Assist in the preparation and submission of VAT returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Support the preparation of income tax returns for clients as needed. Ensure all financial reports are completed accurately and on time. Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and tax laws. Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary financial information and provide updates on their accounts. Work closely with other members of the accounting team to ensure seamless service delivery. Undertake any additional tasks as required to support the accounting and finance functions. Qualifications and Experience: Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent). Significant post-qualification experience (PQE) in a similar role. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Proven track record in preparing year-end financial statements and corporation tax returns. Experience with VAT and income tax returns is advantageous. In-depth knowledge of current accounting regulations and tax laws.
